  Hyphase has assembled a world class team with experience in energy-related product development, power generation, and fundamental research.

Kenth B. Pedersen – President and Chief Executive Officer. Kenth has many years experience in entrepreneurial finance & development, with a focus on sustainable energy technology ventures. He is the original developer of Hyphase IP. Kenth studied entrepreneurial development at Cal and hydrogen fuel cell technologies at the Hydrogen Pathways Program, UC Davis Institute of Transportation Studies.

Frank ParkerChief Operations Officer. Mr. Parker has more than 20 years experience in the engineering and project management of large capital investments and electric power projects. He was Managing Member, Power and Energy Technologies, of North American Bioenergy Resources LLC. His project leadership experience includes efforts related to bio ethanol and bio diesel plant development, advanced sustainable electricity generation, and the scale-up of pilot plant and large-scale electric commercial production facilities.

Dr. Yuchiong Hsuanyu – Chief Science Officer. Yuchiong holds Ph.D.s in Coordination Chemistry of Metals, and Biophysical Chemistry and Enzymology. Dr. Hsuanyu has extensive experience in both chemistry and biotechnology, and is an expert in enzyme preparation, purification and immobilization, in particular, immobilization of enzymes on super porous polymers and biofuel cells as catalysts. Dr. Hsuanyu also has experience in synthesis of polymers with special structure.

Rolf Becker – Fuel Cell Development. Mr. Becker, a Chemical Engineer and accomplished Renewable Energy Entrepreneur (REE), has over ten years experience building RE companies, and extensive experience in design and fabrication of MEA/PEM fuel cells, including a patent for a protective conductive coating and a patent pending for a moldable conductive composite.

Dr. Daniel Scott – Catalyst Development. Dr. Scott is a well known expert in Enzyme Catalyzed Metallic Nanoparticle Synthesis, as well as the use of enzymes as fuel cell catalysts.

Bill Keating – Corporate Development. Former Moxi Digital, Microsoft, Web TV and Sun executive, Bill is a 25-year industry veteran, with several executive management successes behind him. Under his direction, Mr. Keating's last seven business ventures have gone public or been successfully acquired. Bill's operational experience includes venture funding roles at Moxi Digital (sold to Paul Allen), WebTV (sold to Microsoft), SolFocus where he successfully brokered over $200 MM in less than two years, and executive roles at Microsoft TV, General Magic, Rational Software & Sun.
